Admission Criteria

In order to take admission to Humber for any of the programs, the international students must have to prove their English Proficiency by appearing for any of the English Proficiency exams like IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, PTE etc.

Undergraduate Degree Program:

• Certificate and mark sheet of senior secondary school (10th and 12th). 
• A minimum of 70 grads are required in the program-related subjects
• The minimum band score of 6.5 in IELTS Academic (and no less than a band score of 6 in any of the modules of IELTS). 
• If the student appears for PTE, then a score between 60 to 64 is required, depending upon the subjects.
• In Duolingo, the students should score a minimum of 115 or above.

Graduate certificate programs program

• Undergraduate programs placed in the first division
• The minimum band score of 6.5 in IELTS Academic (and no less than a band score of 6 in any of the modules of IELTS). 
• If the student appears for PTE, then a score between 58 to 60 is required, depending upon the subjects.
• In Duolingo, the students should score a minimum of 125 or above.

UG Diploma/ Advance Diploma Program

• Certificate and mark sheet of senior secondary school (10th and 12th). 
• A minimum of 70 grads are required in the program-related subjects
• The minimum band score of 6 in IELTS Academic (and no less than a band score of 5.5 in any of the modules of IELTS). 
• If the student appears for PTE, then a score between 53 to 57 is required, depending upon the subjects.
• In Duolingo, the students should score a minimum of 105 or above.

Humber College programs are well-versed in the country. The college offers more than 200 programs at the undergraduate, graduate certificate, diploma, Advance diploma, and apprenticeship programs. Generally, the undergraduate degree program has 8 semesters; the diploma has 4 semesters, Advance Diploma has 6 semesters, and while graduate certificate has 6 semesters. Firstly while making the application at Humber, the international students have to pay 75 CAD as an application fee (which is non-refundable) through a credit card. Moreover, Humber college provides on-campus accommodation to international students. The accommodation is provided to students on a first-come, first serve basis. On the north campus, there are four options available, ranging from 5000 CAD to 10000 CAD (including room and food). Whereas on the north & Lakeshore campus also, you have four options ranging from 6000 CAD to 12000 (including room and food). For off-campus accommodation, an international student must spend between CAD $750 and $2200 per month.
