Kingston University London is a public research university in South West London, England, that is located inside the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. Its origins may be traced back to the Kingston Technical Institute, which was established in 1899. The college was previously known as Kingston Polytechnic and attained university status in 1992.

Kingston University has 16,820 students and a £192 million revenue. It is spread across four sites in Kingston and Roehampton. Kingston School of Art, Faculty of Business and Social Sciences (which includes Kingston Business School and the School of Law, Social and Behavioural Sciences), Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education, and Faculty of Science, Engineering and Computing are the four faculties that make up the university. The Kingston Business School is a CNAA-accredited MBA programme. The Guardian University Award for Teaching Excellence was given to the university in 2017.

The European University Association, the Association of Commonwealth Universities, and the University Alliance group all have Kingston as a member.

Accomodation

London is a city unlike any other, with a plethora of options, a thriving nightlife, and all of the conveniences a student could want. Our student housing in London allows you to strike the right balance between your academics and seeing everything the city has to offer.

We provide four student housing options in East London, including Rahere Court, Sherren House, and Pacific Court, all of which are close to Queen Mary University of London's main campus. The neighbourhood includes an Asda, Mile End Park, which includes a recreation complex and stadium, as well as a variety of cocktail bars and pubs, which cater to students.
You'll also be close to the subway stations of Stepney Green and Mile End, which provide good connections to the rest of London.
